Patrick Bristow born 26 September 1962.Patrick Bristow is an American actor. He is known for his bright red hair. He is best known for his role as Peter, the gay best-friend of Ellen Morgan in the television show Ellen - his character existed before the main character of that show came out of the closet.
He is a TV 'veteran' with numerous high-profile TV guest-star roles including Seinfeld, Malcolm in the Middle, Family Guy, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Friends and Charmed. His film appearances include Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery and Showgirls.
Patrick is also currently Stage Show Director and Host for the Jim Henson Company's Puppet Up!, a demonstration of what happens when the perilous and provocative forms of traditional comedic improvisation are mixed with a bunch of puppets. Puppet Up! has been playing to sold out audiences and great acclaim at Comedy Festivals around the world, including Edinburgh, Aspen and Australia.
A native of Los Angeles, he still resides in his hometown with his partner since 1994, Andrew Nicastro.
